If the answer to your question isn't here, the Discovery call is the right place to ask it. We'd rather answer in person than guess in advance.

Do you only work with sports businesses?

No — but we lead with sports because it's where the bulk of our experience lives and where our network is strongest. The playbook works for any performance-driven business with a real product. If you're a non-sports operator with the right fit, we'll know within ten minutes of the Discovery call.
What does "strategist and implementer" actually mean?

Most firms either map the path or build the system. We do both. Rob brings the operator's strategic lens — what actually drives revenue in a sports business. Rachel brings the systems and AI implementation — the workflows, custom GPTs, automations, and content engines that ship inside the engagement.

You don't end up with a roadmap and no one to execute it. You don't end up with built tools that don't fit the business. You get both halves, from the same team.
Can I buy an AI service on its own?

Yes. All six à la carte AI services are available standalone — no signature engagement required. They're also available at a reduced rate when layered into a Blueprint Session or Income Accelerator. Discovery call sorts which makes sense.
What's actually included in the Income Accelerator AI builds?

Two to four shipped systems, scoped during the first two weeks. The mix depends on what your business actually needs — common builds are a custom GPT trained on your offers and voice, workflow automation between Kajabi/email/CRM/scheduling, a content engine, or an AI-powered intake and qualification system.

You leave the engagement owning the systems. We hand off documentation and train your team. The goal is independence, not dependency.
Why is there an application instead of a "book now" button?

Because we'd rather lose the engagement than waste your time and ours. The application is short and the Discovery call is honest. If RC Empire isn't the right move for you right now, we'll tell you on the call. That keeps the work we do take on actually fit for both sides.
Do I have to start with Growth Lab before the bigger tiers?

No. The three signature engagements aren't a ladder you have to climb — they're three different ways to engage depending on where you are. Operators come straight into the Blueprint Session or Income Accelerator all the time. Growth Lab is for people who want ongoing access, the community, and the AI Playbook track without a full engagement.
How is RC Empire different from Complete Game?

Complete Game is Rob's player development brand — focused on hitters, coaches, and the on-field side of baseball. RC Empire is the consulting firm for the business side of sports: the operators, coaches, and founders running training facilities, academies, programs, and performance businesses.

Different audiences, different work. Some clients work with both.
What if I'm not sure which tier fits?

Don't try to figure it out on your own. Apply, get on the Discovery call, and we'll sort it together. Picking the wrong tier is more expensive than asking. The whole point of the call is to land you in the right place — or no place at all if we're not the fit.
